MINISTERIAL MEETING

EMC Ministerial meets several times a year to discuss theology, pastoral care, and ministerial administration. Beginning in 2026, the first meeting of the year will be held online only in April, and the second will take place in person, with a hybrid option, near the end of November.

Who should attend? Anyone serving in pastoral leadership is invited to attend Ministerial meetings and take part in the discussions. This includes pastors, elders, deacons and their spouses, as well as missionaries. However, only credentialed ministers may vote on theological or church matters. This will be clearly stated during each meeting to avoid confusion.
