Conference Council is the EMC’s twice-yearly general meeting. Beginning in 2025, the first meeting of the year will be held online only in April, and the second will take place in person or in a hybrid format near the end of November. Click the button below for more information.

Who should attend? Anyone is welcome to attend. Voting members of the council include lead pastors, church board chairs, and one delegate for every 50 church members. For example, a church with 130 members may send three delegates.
