Conference Council is the EMC’s twice-yearly general meeting—a time for churches across the Conference to gather, hear updates, discuss matters affecting the EMC, and participate in the work of the Conference.

Who should attend?
Anyone is welcome to attend. Voting members of Conference Council include lead pastors, church board chairs, and one delegate for every 50 church members. For example, a church with 130 members may send three delegates.
