EMC has funds set aside for the purpose of assisting EMC churches in paying down their mortgages. Grants are provided over a ten-year period for qualifying churches. This form must be completed in order to qualify for a grant. Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding this form or the grant program.

The Board of Trustees encourages every church that receives a grant to give funds back to the grant fund after their mortgage has been completed. The BOT recommendation is that a church would give approximately 20% of the grants received back to the EMC Building Grant Fund.

SBC Student Assistance Program

For those of you who are studying at Steinbach Bible College, our conference affiliated school, you are invited to apply for the Student Assistance Program. To qualify for this token bursary, you must be a member of an EMC church, and must be studying full-time at SBC, the equivalent of 12 credit hours per semester or more. You only need to apply once per year. The submission deadline for the first semester is December 1st, and for the second semester is April 1st.
