Preaching and Worship

• Below we have provided a lectionary with a suggested scripture passage from the life of Jesus for each Sunday. These are pointed to renewing our hearts and can be used to centre worship around and as a preaching text.

• Each week we will host a preaching and worship group on Zoom. One of our pastors will give us teaching on the passage and we will discuss together how it could be preached and used in worship.

• The EMC will prepare a series of short monthly videos on the theme of renewal that can be used in your worship service. These could be faith stories, or short exhortations.

• A Facebook group has been created for those interested in sharing resources and thoughts with other EMC churches and leaders. A Facebook account is required to post in the group, but not to view what has been shared.
