Pastor Ibrahim and Phebe

Ibrahim and Phebe pastor this church plant which started in 2019. They focus on being salt and light to the Arabic-speaking people of Winnipeg. Meeting weekly at the St. Vital EMC brings families together, but mid-week interaction with individual families is the foundation of this ministry, including assisting newcomers to Canada, outreach and evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.

Ibrahim and Phebe have three teenage children.
