The Color | It’s not just music, lights, or concerts for Canadian band, The Color. As in 2015, they will once again lead worship at Abundant Springs.

TOURNAMENTS AND ACTIVITIES

Saturday, May 20 @ 1:00 – 5:30 p.m.

All activities offered on Saturday afternoon are optional attendance/participation. With that said, we strongly encourage you to sign up to participate in at least one activity. We have tried to offer a wide variety of activities to suit everyone’s interests. Bear in mind that some activities will last most of the afternoon while others may only take a portion of time.

The sign-up for these tournaments and activities happens on Friday, May 19 at the registration desk.

Team Sports

      • Basketball (3 on 3; at least one (1) guy and one (1) girl on the court at all times)
      • Volleyball (Six (6) per team; three (3) girls and three (3) guys on the court at all times)
      • Beach Volleyball (3 on 3; at least one (1) guy and one (1) girl on the court at all times)
      • Street Hockey (Five (5) people on the court at a time (plus goalie); only one (1) leader on the court at a time per team; bring your own sticks; goalies may bring and wear street hockey equipment)
      • Soccer (Eight (8) per team)
      • Life Size Dutch Blitz (Four (4) per team)

Individual Activities

      • Jewellery Making (supplies are provided for making hemp bracelets)
      • Art Wall (Supplies (paints and canvas) are provided)
      • Board Game Mania (Settlers of Catan, Rook, etc.; some games are provided but you are welcome to bring your own (youth leader approved) game)

Wide Game

 i.     The Search for a Cure” (meet in Hildebrand Chapel) 

  • You awake one morning to find that you and your teammates have been infected by a sickness that will remove the ability to feel, think, and create. You must defeat the kings of the kingdoms of Flesh, Mind, and Spirit to retrieve the cure and restore the health of you and your comrades.
